Why this company exists
Artificial turf was sold across this valley as a zero-maintenance product. It is not, and the gap between that promise and reality is why so many Henderson lawns are matted, holding water, and smelling of ammonia at year eight, and why so many owners are told the fix is a replacement.
In most cases it is not. Polyethylene turf fibre outlasts its infill by years. What fails first is the consumable component nobody was told about at handover, and the cheapest thing you can do to a tired lawn is measure the infill depth before you get a replacement quote.
How we work
We measure before we quote. We probe the base before we promise that cleaning will fix a drainage problem. We blacklight the pet zones instead of guessing where the urine is, because on a large lawn that is the difference between treating forty square feet and treating three thousand.
And when the honest answer is that we cannot help you, that is the answer you get, on site, at no charge. There is more long-term work in this city than there is in one job talked into existence.

Where a request falls outside our coverage, our schedule, or our scope, such as a base rebuild, a full installation, or a specialty surface, it may be routed to a local partner better equipped for it, which means a quote can arrive from a partner company rather than under our name.
