How much does artificial turf cleaning cost in Henderson?

Most Henderson residential jobs land between $295 and $1,700. Rate runs from about $0.95 per square foot on small lawns down to $0.75 on the largest, with a $295 minimum visit. Pet treatment, infill top-up, and weed control are priced separately and only where they are needed. We measure on site rather than quoting from an address, because the number of times a phone quote matches the actual yard is close to zero.

How often should turf be cleaned in the Las Vegas valley?

Without pets, once or twice a year. With one dog, quarterly. With two or more dogs or a small yard, every two months. Elevation matters too: Anthem and Sun City Anthem take a heavier wind-carried dust load than Green Valley and compact faster, so we recommend a shorter interval up there.

Will pressure washing damage artificial turf?

Done wrong, permanently. A turbo nozzle at close range frays the fibre tips and blows infill out of the lawn, and neither is recoverable. We use a wide fan tip at a fixed standoff distance with pressure set for the fibre type. The actual lifting is done by the power broom and hot water, not by force.

Can you get rid of dog urine smell for good?

We can remove the urine that is there. Uric acid crystallises on the backing and is not water-soluble, which is why hosing the lawn makes the smell worse rather than better: you are rehydrating the crystals. Bio-enzymatic treatment digests them. New urine creates new salts, so the interval is what keeps it gone: quarterly for one dog, every two months for a multi-dog household.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Yes. Everything we apply is non-toxic, pet-safe, and child-safe. Re-entry is once the turf is dry, typically one to four hours depending on the service, and that is a wet-surface precaution rather than a chemical one.

How long does the turf take to dry?

One to three hours in typical Henderson conditions. Longer in shaded courtyards and around Lake Las Vegas, where ambient humidity is genuinely higher than the rest of the city. It is walkable when we leave.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, provided we can get to the turf. Give us gate access or a code when you book. We send before-and-after photos on completion either way, so you get the record whether you were there or not.

My turf holds water after it rains. Can cleaning fix that?

Often, yes: most puddling in Henderson is compacted infill and a clogged backing, and extraction clears both. Sometimes no: if the sub-base was never properly compacted or has settled, the water problem is under the turf and cleaning will not touch it. We probe and flood-test at inspection so you know which one you have before you spend anything.

My turf is flat and matted. Do I need to replace it?

Usually not. Polyethylene fibre outlasts its infill by years, and most matting is lack of infill support plus heat-set memory in the traffic lanes, both of which reverse with grooming and redistribution. If the fibre is genuinely split or worn through we will show you on your own lawn and tell you to stop spending money on it.

Do you service commercial turf and HOA common areas?

Yes. Common-area turf, dog runs, pet resorts, daycare play surfaces, and office landscaping across Henderson. Commercial work is scheduled outside operating hours and certificates of insurance are provided to the association or property manager on request.

Do you charge for the estimate?

No. The on-site inspection, measurement, infill depth check, and drainage test are free and carry no obligation. If the honest answer is that cleaning will not solve your problem, that is what you will be told, and it will still not cost you anything.

What areas of Henderson do you cover?

All of it: Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, MacDonald Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, Cadence, Tuscany, Whitney Ranch, Black Mountain and Mission Hills, Sun City Anthem, and the Water Street District, plus Boulder City and the eastern Las Vegas valley.
