What most people actually book.
- Standard visitDeep cleaning plus sanitizing, in one visit. Cleaning removes what is physically in the lawn; sanitizing kills what is living in it. Doing the second without the first just sanitizes the dirt.
- Pet householdDeep cleaning, sanitizing, and bio-enzymatic pet treatment. On lawns over five years old this usually needs an infill top-up too, because the antimicrobial coating has depleted.
- Matted lawnDeep cleaning first, then grooming. Grooming a lawn full of compacted silt sets the dirt rather than removing it, so the order matters.
- Spring and pre-monsoonWeed and edge control added to whatever else is booked. February and June are the two applications that matter in this climate.
- OngoingEverything above on a quarterly or bi-monthly plan, which is 15 to 25 percent below one-off pricing and exists to stop the restoration ever being needed.
