Maintenance Plans
A restoration clean is expensive because you waited. Maintenance is cheaper per visit and much cheaper per year, and it exists so that the uric acid never crystallises, the infill never fully compacts, and the fibre never takes a permanent set. Most of our Henderson customers move onto a plan after one restoration visit, for that reason.
The economics, plainly
A restoration clean on a neglected pet lawn costs roughly two to three times a maintenance visit, and often needs a second pass. Two of those a decade costs more than a decade of quarterly service.
Turf that is maintained keeps its manufacturer warranty conditions intact. Turf that is allowed to compact and hold standing water frequently does not.
Replacement is the real cost. Henderson installs run four to twelve dollars a square foot. Maintenance is the difference between a fifteen-year lawn and an eight-year lawn.

Is there a contract?
No. There is no term, no cancellation fee, and nothing is charged before the work is done. If a plan stops making sense for you, tell us and it stops.
What interval do I actually need?
One dog on a normal Henderson back yard: quarterly. Two or more dogs, or a small yard taking heavy use: bi-monthly. No pets, low traffic: twice a year is genuinely enough and we will say so rather than selling you monthly.
Do you service HOA common areas and commercial turf?
Yes. Common-area turf, dog runs, pet resorts, and daycare play surfaces are scheduled outside operating hours, with certificates of insurance provided to the association or property manager.
