The dog run down the side of my house is the worst part of my yard by far.
It is, and it is the most common call we get from Whitney Ranch. That configuration is the perfect storm: small area, all the urine, no sun to dry it, no airflow to move the smell, and it is out of sight so it gets ignored until it is bad. It responds well to full bio-enzymatic treatment plus infill replacement, and it needs a three to four month interval to stay fixed.
My turf was installed by the previous owner and I do not know what is under it.
We will find out before we promise anything. A probe tells us base depth and whether there is a proper compacted sub-base or turf laid over native soil, and that determines whether cleaning will actually restore drainage. Whitney Ranch has more DIY and budget installs than most of Henderson, so this check matters here.
Do you do small jobs? My turf is only about two hundred square feet.
Yes. Small side-yard strips are a large share of our work in this neighbourhood and they are priced accordingly. There is a minimum visit charge, but a two-hundred square foot dog run is a completely normal job for us.
